Helping you to transform and thrive.

Life can become difficult through circumstances beyond our control that can affect our confidence, self worth, relationships and our contribution to society. During these difficult times we can feel a sense of loss, helplessness and suffocated by our pain. In these circumstances, the ability to be heard and understood by another human being in a space that is safe, kind and accepting can bring relief and comfort in the moment and beyond.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and my practice is bound by their ethical framework. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. I provide support in strict confidence and in accordance with current data protection regulations. I am also committed to continuous professional development, and receive regular clinical supervision by an accredited Counselling  Supervisor for all of the therapeutic work I carry out.

About Me : Daniel Alexander Yartey

I am a person centred counsellor that draws on knowledge and skills from various counselling approaches and can tailor them based on your individual circumstances. This provides the most effective and personalised support for your needs.

My counselling practice is informed by the belief and my experience that we all have the power to be in control of our future and choices we make. The counselling sessions are for you and our work together will progress at your pace and in your own time. I will walk alongside you to take back control and ignite the change required to make your life, work and relationships meaningful, enjoyable and fulfilling.

“Your past is not your potential. In any hour you can choose to liberate the future.”
—Marilyn Ferguson.
